Services carried out included scaffolding and pollution control, mechanical cleaning and Department of Transport Specification.
The case study was the refurbishment of the footbridge, structural steelwork and decking.
The solution was to erect and dismantle scaffolding, erect and dismantle pollution control, traffic and pedestrian management, mechanical cleaning and vacuum blasting and application of Department of Transport Specification.
The conclusion was that the contract was completed to programme and to budget.
