Services carried out including steam cleaning, grit blasting, metal spraying and specialist coatings.
The case study was to provide the external protective treatment to this pressure vessel.
The solution involved the transportation of the pressure vessel to and from the fabrication facilities, in-house handling by forklift and crane, preparation by grit blasting, application of zinc metal spray and application of epoxy coating system.
The conclusion of the contract was that it was completed to programme and to budget.
